On Miiverse, there is an option to comment on posts. If a user is stuck in a game, a person can comment on their post to help them out. Some people take advantage of this feature by making chat rooms and RPs. Just like with posts, you can also yeah comments. Each post can have a maximum of 1,000 comments (this can be slightly more if multiple people comment at the same time). In late 2013, there has been an date to restrict comments, a user may only comment every 3 minutes, this has been shortened to 2 minutes.
